All content on the Debris Diagnosis platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, diagnostic methodologies, contamination identification guides, removal protocols, equipment specifications, and software, is the exclusive property of Debris Diagnosis or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your renovation cleanup or property management activities. This license does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our content or methodologies
• Republish, redistribute, or resell our diagnostic guides, protocols, or assessment frameworks
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use our content to train artificial intelligence models or machine learning systems
• Incorporate our contamination identification systems into competing platforms or services

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and the termination of your access to the platform.

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or contribute any content to Debris Diagnosis, including project photos, contamination assessments, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for platform improvement, training, and service delivery purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Disclaimers

Debris Diagnosis is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our diagnostic platform, content, or services.

Specifically, we disclaim:

• Any warranty that the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any warranty that defects will be corrected or that the platform is free from viruses or harmful components
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy of contamination identification or the effectiveness of recommended removal methods

Our diagnostic platform is designed to assist in identifying debris and contamination types based on visual assessment and provided information. However, professional on-site inspection by qualified personnel may be necessary to confirm findings and ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations. You are responsible for verifying all recommendations with appropriate specialists and regulatory authorities before proceeding with cleanup operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Debris Diagnosis and its owners, operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption or project delays
• Damage to property or personal injury
• Errors in contamination identification or assessment
• Inadequate or ineffective cleanup operations

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Debris Diagnosis in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Debris Diagnosis, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the platform or violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content you submit or contribute to the platform
• Your cleanup operations or project management decisions based on our diagnostic assessments

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party sites or services. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, specifically the laws of the Lombardy region and the city of Milan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Milan, Italy, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements posted on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Debris Diagnosis regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
